Common Questions
- How do I create an event on Picsylo?
- Sign up for free, click "Create Event", give it a name, and your QR code is ready in under 60 seconds.
- How do guests upload photos?
- Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera. The album opens in their browser and they can upload photos immediately — no app or account required.
- How does AI Face Recognition work?
- Guests snap a quick selfie right in their browser, and Picsylo automatically finds all photos they appear in across the entire album.
- How do I download all photos?
- Go to your event admin panel and click "Download All" to get a full HD ZIP, or use the direct Google Drive export to copy all files straight to your cloud storage.
- How does the guestbook work?
- Every album has a guestbook. Guests open it in the album, then write a message or record a voice message of up to 2 minutes. Hosts can approve messages before they appear and delete any of them, and the messages and recordings are included in Download All and the Google Drive export.
- What is Drawbabble?
- A party drawing game for the big screen, included in every album (beta). The album's owner agrees to its beta terms first, then a host opens it from the album's menu and runs it on a laptop connected to the screen. It isn't part of the 10-minute demo.
- What happens when my album expires?
- You will receive an email before expiry. You can keep a Standard album open for 6 months ($9.99) or a full year ($17.99, or $14.99 if you add the year when you buy the album) after the event, keep a Mini album open for 30 days in all ($5.99), or upgrade a Mini album to Standard ($9.99).
