Picsylo: QR code photo album for weddings, parties and events
What is a QR code photo album?
A QR code photo album is a shared online album that opens when someone scans a QR code. With Picsylo, hosts place QR cards on tables or signs, and guests upload their photos and videos from the phone browser. There is no app to download and no account to create. Picsylo includes AI face search, a live slideshow for venue screens, export to Google Drive and Drawbabble, a party game for the big screen (beta). How to collect photos from guests with a QR code
- Create your album: name your event and get a unique link and QR code.
- Print the QR cards: put them on dinner tables, at the bar and on a welcome sign.
- Guests scan and upload: the album opens in the browser, with no app and no sign-up.
- Watch photos arrive live: show them as a slideshow on a screen or projector.
- Keep everything: download a ZIP in original quality or export to Google Drive.

Frequently asked questions
- Do guests need to download an app to share photos?
- No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload from the browser, without an account.
- How many guests can share photos?
- There is no guest limit. Plans differ by storage: 2 GB on Mini and 10 GB on Standard.
- How does AI face search work?
- A guest chooses to take a selfie and the album shows the photos they appear in. Browsing the full album always stays available.
- Is Picsylo suitable for corporate events?
- Yes. Attendees upload from the browser, so nothing is installed on work phones. Organisers can show a live slideshow, add co-hosts and export to Google Drive.
- What is Drawbabble?
- A party drawing game for the big screen, included in every album (beta). Up to 20 guests play on their own phones, everyone else watches and votes, and a game lasts about 12 minutes with 10 players. It needs at least 4 players, plus the host who runs the game, and a laptop connected to the screen. The 10-minute demo doesn't include it, and to play, the album's owner first agrees that we collect game stats to improve it.
- How long does the album stay online?
- Seven days on Mini and thirty days on Standard. A Mini album can stay open for 30 days in all, and a Standard album for 6 months or a full year after the event (the year is $14.99 if you add it when you buy the album, $17.99 later).
