Picsylo has two one-time plans. Mini is $9.99: 2 GB, a 7-day album, unlimited guests and AI face search, made for small dinners and parties. Standard is $19.99: 10 GB, a 30-day album, the live slideshow, Google Drive export, disposable camera mode and co-hosts. Extra storage is $1 per 10 GB if you need it.

Wedibox has a free plan and three one-time paid plans. Free holds 50 guest uploads, with a QR code, a share link, scavenger hunt challenges and a co-organizer. Embed is $29: a gallery widget for a wedding website you already have, unlimited photos and videos, full-quality downloads and a three-month upload window. Wedding is $49: unlimited uploads and albums, a wedding website, audio guestbook messages, a live slideshow and an original-quality ZIP, with a six-month upload window and a year of storage. All-In-One is $79: everything in Wedding plus RSVP with meals and plus-ones, a live seating chart, a shared music playlist and registry links, with a one-year upload window and two years of storage. When Wedibox is the better choice

• You want your wedding website, RSVPs and seating in the same place as the photos. Wedibox’s All-In-One plan covers all of them.
• You want audio messages from guests. Wedibox’s Wedding and All-In-One plans include an audio guestbook; Picsylo has none.
• You want the gallery online for a year or two without doing anything. Wedibox keeps it for a year, or two on All-In-One.
• You already have a wedding website. The $29 Embed plan puts the gallery inside it.

How guests add photos

It works the same way on both: guests scan the QR code on a table card or sign, the album opens in the phone’s browser, and they upload photos and videos without installing an app. On Picsylo, photos and videos are kept in original quality, and location data is removed from photos before they upload.

Keeping the photos after the wedding

Wedibox keeps the gallery downloadable for at least a year after the event, or two years on All-In-One, and its paid plans download in original quality. With Picsylo you download everything as one ZIP or export it to Google Drive. After the album closes you still have 3 days to download, and a Standard album can be extended by six months or a year if you want it online longer.
