Picsylo has two one-time plans. Mini is $9.99: 2 GB, a 7-day album, unlimited guests and AI face search, made for small dinners and parties. Standard is $19.99: 10 GB, a 30-day album, the live slideshow, Google Drive export, disposable camera mode and co-hosts. Extra storage is $1 per 10 GB if you need it.

WedUploader’s standard features are free: unlimited guests upload unlimited photos and videos, with no app and no login, straight into your Google Drive, and every album comes with a QR code, a link and printable signs. A one-time payment of $49 unlocks its premium features for all your albums: a gallery that shows everyone’s photos as they arrive, a fullscreen slideshow, a private guestbook with messages and voicemails, page layouts and colours, a personal web address, event managers and premium QR templates. A seating chart is a $19 add-on. Because the files are in your Drive, Google’s storage limit applies: 15 GB free, and WedUploader’s FAQ suggests Google’s 100 GB plan at $2 a month if you need more.

When WedUploader is the better choice

• You only need the files. Collecting into your own Google Drive costs nothing.
• You want the files in your own Drive from the first upload. Nothing to download or move later, and the album never expires.
• You have several events. One $49 payment covers the premium features for your engagement party, shower and wedding albums alike.
• You want voicemails from guests. WedUploader’s premium guestbook takes messages and voicemails; Picsylo has no guestbook.

When Picsylo is the better choice

• You don’t want guests’ uploads filling your Google Drive. Picsylo stores the album itself, with 2 GB or 10 GB included, so your Drive space, Gmail and Google Photos are untouched until you choose to export.
• You want guests to find themselves. AI face search is included: a guest takes a selfie and sees every photo they are in, out of hundreds.
• You want to approve photos before everyone sees them. Picsylo can hold uploads until you approve them, or you can delete any photo.
• You want a full shared album for less than $49. Standard is $19.99 with the gallery, live slideshow and Google Drive export; Mini is $9.99.
• You like the disposable camera idea. Standard can hide photos until a reveal time you choose.

How guests add photos

It works the same way on both: guests scan the QR code on a table card or sign, the page opens in the phone’s browser, and they upload photos and videos with no app and no login. With WedUploader the files land in your Google Drive and you get an email for each upload; with Picsylo they appear in the shared album, in original quality, and location data is removed from photos before they upload.

Keeping the photos after the wedding

With WedUploader the photos are already in your Google Drive, and the album does not expire. With Picsylo you download everything as one ZIP or export it to Google Drive in one click. After the album closes you still have 3 days to download, and a Standard album can be extended by six months or a year if you want it online longer.
